We provide fast and efficient delivery services to the majority of countries worldwide with same day dispatch for priority and express orders subject to stock availability and workload. You can choose from a range of delivery methods which take into account the value, weight and dimensions of your order.
If you wish to amend or cancel an order then you must contact us immediately before it is dispatched, otherwise you will have to pay for the return of any unwanted items.
Products that are subject to an additional delay before they can be dispatched are indicated with the appropriate "Dispatch Time" in the "Availability" section of the product page e.g. 1-2 Working Days, 2-5 Working Days, etc. This "Dispatch Time" is in addition to any shipping time quoted for your chosen shipping method.
Please note that all shipping times quoted are from day of dispatch and not day of order. We will always endeavour to get your order to you as quickly and as safely as possible but same day dispatch is not guaranteed and is subject to workload and stock availability.
Orders are not shipped at weekends and public holidays. If there are any lengthy delays due to temporary stock shortages, etc. then we will advise you. Orders for express delivery must be received before 1 p.m. The majority of orders are delivered within the period for the stated service but we will not be responsible for delays outside of our control e.g. bad weather, breakdowns, customs delays, the extremely busy Christmas period, incorrect address details, etc.
Orders are delivered during normal working hours Monday to Friday. Unfortunately it is not possible to request a specific delivery time.
Some of our delivery services will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that there is someone at home to take receipt of the delivery. If there is no one at home then a card will normally be left advising you how to arrange collection or how to arrange an alternative delivery time. If an order cannot be delivered and is returned to us then the customer will be liable for any re-delivery charges. If a shipment is lost due to the customer providing incorrect delivery address details then we will not be responsible for the loss.
Upon receipt of your order, please take great care to check that it is correct. You must inform us by telephone or email of any defective, damaged or missing products within 48 hours.
Prices are quoted for orders weighing up to 30 Kg actual or volumetric weight. Please contact us for a shipping quote for orders above 30 Kg. Due to their physical size and weight some International shipments may be subject to an additional delivery charge. We will contact you with details of the additional charge and you will be given the option to cancel or amend your order.
Prohibited and Restricted Products
Certain products including fuel, aerosols, solvent based paints, Lithium batteries, etc cannot be sent with Royal Mail or Parcelforce domestic or airmail services due to Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) prohibitions on the grounds of flight safety. These products will be shipped by an authorised carrier to UK and certain European destinations with a road service but not to any destinations requiring delivery by air. Customers will be advised if there are any additional shipping charges and given the opportunity to cancel their order if desired.
Free Delivery
We offer FREE delivery for all complete orders over £100 to UK Mainland areas only, excluding the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. This offer does not apply to the shipment of multiple or partial orders of less than £100 each. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery. An additional payment will be required for any express or priority delivery service. For orders over £100 for delivery outside the UK Mainland we discount the normal delivery charges.
Please note that free delivery excludes shipments weighing more than 30Kg or oversize parcels, also restricted products such as aerosols, LiPo batteries, etc.
United Kingdom
Orders less than 2 Kg will normally be sent by Royal Mail post or standard parcels.
Standard - Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery depending upon location.
Express - A 24 or 48 hour service excluding weekends and public holidays. Various locations in the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands may take longer.
Europe and International
Airmail - Orders weighing up to 2 Kg are sent by standard Airmail or Royal Mail's International Tracked or Signed services.
Euro Express - The most economical way to send orders weighing up to 30 Kg, taking 3 to 5 working days to most European countries.
Customs Charges
Orders shipped to countries outside of the UK may be subject to customs charges by their country's customs authority upon import. Any customs duties and taxes are in addition to our prices and delivery charges and are the full responsibility of the customer.
Tracked Deliveries
With the exception of standard Royal Mail and Airmail post, our shipping methods are tracked and customers are sent an email on the date of dispatch.
Lost in Transit / Undelivered Orders
If an item is lost in transit then a replacement item may not dispatched until investigations by ourselves and our carriers are complete. Depending upon the destination country and carrier it can take in the region of 30 days from the due date of delivery for undelivered orders to be returned to us.
Insurance
All of our shipments are insured against loss or damage with the exception of Royal Mail standard post or Airmail which has no insurance cover. Customers choose this shipping method at their own risk.
